Yowie have a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Like many good things in life, Yowies will not last forever. Our warranty does not cover
worn out products.

If a problem develops due to faulty material or workmanship, return the product and we will repair or replace at our discretion, free of charge. If your product fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost.

We carefully select the materials used in our product to provide a high level of all-round performance and a long life. You can lengthen the life of your product by treating it with respect and by being aware of the naturally degrading forces of nature.

What does your warranty mean by “lifetime”? It is very difficult to measure the life of a product in months or years. At Yowie, we carefully select componentry which will still provide functionality after prolonged use. However, the life of a product will depend on how much and in what conditions the product is used together with the care which you take of it, including cleaning.
